Yesterday was my Friday and I am BEYOND excited! I need it! No really!
I have so much planned for this weekend. But first let me tell you other things!
30 Day Shred: Day 3
Last night I completed Day3 of the 30Day Shred!!! Today is Day 4 and yesterday I woke up sooo sore! But last night I could tell that my endurance is getting better. Now mind you, Im not doing just the 30 day shred. I am also working out at the gym 4-5 days a week and strength training 3days a week.
