I really hope that everyone had a Happy Easter!!
Thursday night I went to Jeremy's Jiu Jitsu class with him. It was cool watching everyone "rolling" (I think thats what its called) Anyhow, there was even two girls in there and they were kicking the boy's butts! Im just not done for all that grabbing, pulling, pushing crap. Dont touch me...plain and simple! LOL..

Then we chilled, drank fruit beer (our newest obsession!)
Friday I went to see Amy at Brady Bands Headquarters!!!!
I looved it! Its was soo exciting to see her wall of Brady Bands!
And of course I got some new ones!!
How cute are these??
I even matched one to my gym outfit(which does not happen often) cuz I dont care what Im wearing...hello Im there to workout and sweat out my fat. And p.s. your fat doesnt care what you wear...! Holla! T-Shirt and Workout Capris all the way!
Saturday we worked out...DUH! But I decided to try Jerm's per workout drink. And let me tell you, that "workout-crack" can seriously help you puch! I usually save my Cardio days for the weekends. But oh man momma hold down the fort! I was on fire! I didnt want to stop. I looked up at the clock we were at the gym for over and hour and a half. I burned over 660 Calories though!

Cheat Meal Fail:
Then we had our date night cheat meal! We went to the new Pipeline Grill in Baytown. Its sooo yummie!!!
We had Fried Pickles...
I had the Lafayette (linguine with shrimp and crab meat) and a strawberry Rita!
Jerms had the Chicken fried Chicken.
Oh man...can I just tell you that the way that I felt after eating our cheat meal and the way that I felt when I woke up....I just do NOT want to cheat anymore. It was like carb OVERLOAD!!!
Serioulsy, I had a food baby all weekend!
My Easter Look:
Today I am on Day 7 of the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred! And Im soo excited to be completing my FIRST WEEK!!!
And tonight I am advancing to Level 2!!! So exciting!!
Goals Goals Goal!
I found the picture below in one of my Fitness Mags. And I just cannot get it out of my head. So this is it. This is my ab goal! I believe I can do it, and I am going to do it!
We also got a glimpse (Youtube) of Jillian Michael's 6 Week Abs that Elle Noel is currently doing and I cannot wait to get into that! I will be starting that as soon as my 30Day Shred Fat Camp is over!
So that will help me get closer to my goal! Yay!

Day 4 of 30 Day Shred
Gross I know, but I have to put it all out there. I wish I would have take some from the day I started working out. I can see changes!
Some of you are starting the 30Day Shred and I believe in you. When i get to that "burning" point during the 30Day Shred I just think of all of your comments and it pushes me to go further, deeper, higher and stronger. We can do it! I know we can!!
So, here's to knowing that the AFTER photos are gonna be rockin! Cheers to everyone starting the 30Day shred!
